777 Nose Wheel

Featured Replies

I’m curious about the nose wheel on the 777, as I’m not knowledgeable in it enough to know it by design. When turning the aircraft are the light suppose to follow as the 737 and 747 do? Recent flight that I had when turning onto a taxiway the light kept facing forwards as I was turning. 777 is the only one that does it though so that’s why I was curious if it was like that by design.

It does not on the 777 for sure. This is what you have turnoff lights for.

That’s why I raised the question, thanks fellas!

It does not, but if you like, open the window and stick a flash light out in the direction desired. Proceed as normal.
