October 21, 20178 yr I’m curious about the nose wheel on the 777, as I’m not knowledgeable in it enough to know it by design. When turning the aircraft are the light suppose to follow as the 737 and 747 do? Recent flight that I had when turning onto a taxiway the light kept facing forwards as I was turning. 777 is the only one that does it though so that’s why I was curious if it was like that by design. October 21, 20178 yr The 747 doesn't do this as far as I'm aware. Captain Kevin Air Kevin 124 heavy, wind calm, runway 4 left, cleared for take-off. Live streams of my flights here.
October 21, 20178 yr It does not on the 777 for sure. This is what you have turnoff lights for. Regards, Xander Koote All round aviation geek 1st Officer Boeing 777
October 22, 20178 yr It does not, but if you like, open the window and stick a flash light out in the direction desired. Proceed as normal. Gabriel Guzman, KIAH
