I am trying to add the p3dv4 default gps gauge to the electra panel, but it does not seem to work like FSX panel mod.

I'd appreciate an example.

The electra has no 2d windows, so I simply created a [windows01] for the gps and a [windows00] for the main panel. I don't have anything written in the window00, since I don't know what to add. see my panel.cfg .

The electra is the first panel I see that has no 2d windows at all, so I am a bit lost.
