I've noticed that since I did a clean install of my PC and reinstalled Chaseplane that every time I use mouselook the camera will out of nowhere get pointed down towards the pilot seat which needless to say is very annoying, what is the best way to get rid of this?

Enable Experimental Versions from the Preferences, that should fix your issue.
