RXP GTN 750/650 for Mac?

Featured Replies

Hello, does anyone know if there is a way to run a GTN 650 in X-Plane 11 on a Mac?  I've had challenges with Boot Camp (because I have a Fusion Drive), prefer to avoid Windows if I can, and would LOVE to buy the GTN 650 add-on.  Thanks!  Chris

Hi,

We've been considering supporting macos, especially given there are technologies that might be levered to run the trainer natively, not requiring installing Windows. However, when exploring these avenues, we were not satisfied enough with the stability yet, and some other problems related to the very nature of the technological solution used to 'control' the trainer live. For now, we can't allocate more resources on this though.

Have you put any more effort/thought into getting this running for Mac users?  I've been wanting to use your software for a long time now.  I know there are probably many other Mac users too that would love a solution.  I know Aerobask has theirs, but it is not a stand alone product (wish it was).  If you had Mac support I would buy all of your products for X-Plane.

Thanks,

Johnny

Hi Johnny,

unfortunately we are still actively working on the G500/600 for now!

Egad...I came roaring over to buy GTN-750 only to learn it's not supported on Mac...I don't know where this lives on the priority list but I'd buy this in a heartbeat if it were available on Mac.  Pretty please?  :-)

Same here. Would be very interested on buying your product to use on a Mac.
