I noticed during some testing that LMN was adding an inactive scenery entry into the database even though I don't have 'Read Inactive Scenery Entries' checked.

Okay.. some more testing.  When I moved the KCIT - CS above  KICT - Me using Scenery Config Editor, the layer number stayed the same, but LMN correctly ignored the inactive KICT - ME entries.

So, the error may just be a fluke or a combination of layer number being lower and active=False.

Hi Ernie,

thank you for the report. If "Active" is false it should not read the entry, no matter how it is ordered.

Have to check the code for errors.
