I can't get updates to install using the operations center.  I select install update and then OK there is a brief windows command line window and then nothing and the aircraft version number doesn't change.  Suggestions?

Check the versions page for your aircraft. What version is being reported?

Thank you but did that and installed versions and latest versions are different after attempting to upgrade using the operations center.  So gave up and deleted everything and reinstalled from fresh downloads.  Now have the latest versions installed. I must say that, at least for me, the Operations Center is a rather opaque bit of kit that I have always found it difficult to use.

You may have looked, but I asked what the version numbers were, and not simply if you looked. The age of the version is what I was looking for, which is confirmed by the fact that you fixed it by:

Working on a new version that will be a lot less so.
