Does anyone know if PMDG will be utilising TFDI’s trueglass software for the NGX?

Apparently it’s available to all developers to be implemented....

For a price (it isn't free as implied).  I think most developers will hesitate before incorporating 3d party software in their product.  Too many pitfalls, no control over quality and no assurance of product lifetime support. For example, the inclusion of RAAS in the 777 came only after a very long relationship between PMDG and the developer of that product, and it is something that can be easily disabled without an impact.
