Hi,

We have moved our cameras to the Outside category instead of the Aircraft category. You might want to change the control assignment to go that that specific view instead of cycling.

Keven

You can change it in P3D directly as ChasePlane does not officially support the built-in Spot view.

You can recreate a spot view in ChasePlane using Track Aircraft and Gimbal in Camera > Advanced

Please explain HOW we would do this?

P3D > Options > Controls

Search for "view camera"

0 = Unused
1 = On-Board (ChasePlane)
2 = Cockpit
3 = Locked Spot
4 = Top-Down
5 = Static (ChasePlane)
6 = Outside (ChasePlane)
7 = Unused
8 = Gimbal (ChasePlane)
9 = Unused

This is based on a default cameras.cfg file modified by ChasePlane

I'm in that very menu now and I don't see all these.

P3D - Options - Controls - Views.  All I see is S & A.

Exactly, so you can set View camera 3 (select) to the key you want to the spot view

Ok, but that's not what I'm talking about.  I'm taking about cycling through views via the A key.

Why can't you just put it back the way it was with P3D's default?

Ok I get what you're saying.

Try the latest (0.4.39) and let me know if that fixes it for you. The order of the cycle will have changed but you should now be able to go to the Spot View.

You have to restart the sim as the message will say at launch.

Got the latest build and still the same, will not cycle through views using the A key.  Restarted the sim and out course CP and using Experimental 0.4.39

PERFECT Keven!  Thank you very much mate.  I still need to learn all these new features.  Will there be a manual?

I'll let you know if anything crops up but thank you very much!  I owe you a six pack!
