Can't Get Synthetic Vision System to work in FSX:SE

I've downloaded the program and installed it but can't get the SYN VIS button to appear.  Have tried everything I can think of.  Is anyone else having the same problem in FSX:SE?  I have the Cessna 172 and it works perfectly in it.  Can't get the program to work in all of my other planes with the G1000.  Followed a couple of other threads concerning it on P3D but can't figure out what I'm doing wrong in FSX:SE.

Hi i have the same problem in V4 dosent work in the tbm and the c208 did you fix it couse carenado dosent anwer....
