November 25, 20178 yr I tried to install 747-400-8i and got the validate box up, I put my email address in, then I put the codeid in (which i think is the one at the top right side of the invoice), and then put my password in (which I think it means the password I use for PMDG) then it tells me it cant validate it, contact tecnical support. where have I gone wrong Please
