Upgraded mobo/cpu/ram and all my activations are gone

Featured Replies

Hello,

I recently upgraded to the following parts:

GIGABYTE GA-Gaming B8 LGA1151 Motherboard

Intel Core i5-7500

Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 DRAM 2400MH

Everything appeared to go smoothly, but when I launched the sim to do some tests, I had was prompted to reactivate all my PMDG planes as well as FSDT/FlightBeam sceneries. I thought maybe it was isolated to sim addons, but now PFPX requires an activation too. I have no problem activating any of the software, but I'm confused as to why so many things would need to be reactivated because of some hardware changes (didn't upgrade my SSD/HDD or anything). I'm also trying to figure out if this will lead to further issues down the road.

Any insight is appreciated!
