Last week I was unable to buy 747 for some reason...does anyone knows if the issue was resolved....?

That is very odd. What exactly went wrong in the purchase stage?

After I made purchase, "IN CART" shows nothing...I even send them an email and answer was to follow up their FB or Forums and of course FB I don't care about, but nothing shows on forum. I haven't tried since (week and half ago). I will this weekend to see if something changed.....Same night I was able to make transaction on 777 and NGX with no issues whatsoever.

Please sign your real name, first and last as per forum regulations in your posts. You send an email to whom? We are not using email for the support for some years now. Have you opened a ticket via the support portal? If yes what is the ticket number?

If you have bough the 777 and the NGX there is no reason you can't by the 744 nothing is different.

And BTW, last spring I have received e-mail from your support, which was very nice,  helping me with the link, so not sure what are implying to...

The issue that you reported was 10 days ago. This is now fixed and you can buy without issues.

As I mentioned I didn't check latter that week but I haven't found any report on Forum either, so figured let me ask. Will buy it this weekend.....
