Lost all sounds XP11

Didn't change anything just have no sounds.  I do have Windows sounds and other apps 

any ideas?

This is fixed.  It was a classic case of PEBKAC.

It helps to plug in the headphones to the correct jack!  And I did not have Windows sounds I was imaging them lol
