Hello.

I've updated to the Windows Fall creators update build 16299.125 and all is fine except I'm getting screen tearing, looked in FSX.cfg and Force Vsync is still there.

I'm not sure what's happened, any ideas?

I would suggest downloading the Dx10 How To  guide from nzfsim and follow through all the various vsync hints in that. 
One other possibility to consider is that sometimes (based on Nvidia driver version ) per game profiles seem to stop working and you can only then set settings via the global profile.

Thanks I'll take a look, I forgot to mention that its only tearing in Full screen mode not in windowed mode, I use Full screen x mod to give me a windowless full screen but it no longer seems to work right.
