What Files are Deleted When P3D v4 Content is Uninstalled

Does anyone know what files/addons will be deleted if I uninstall the P3D v4.1 Content?

I need to do a reinstall of the P3D v4.1 content and I don't want my Orbx scenery to be uninstalled.
