Atc repeating ... decent to 10000 .... when i am already on that alt. ( 5 min. )

 

Check your barometric altimeter...Standard 29.92 Flight Level or local pressure.

Since updating to 2.4, P2A is not reading the altimeter from FSX. It doesn't see your altitude correctly.
