I made several flight plans using Simbrief and saved them.

How can I import them to the PMDG-737 CDU and in which file/folder are they saved ?

Download the flichtplan as *.rte file, with you have to save in [your flight sim root folder]\PMDG\FLIGHTPLANS\NGX

Once in the CDU / route page enter the filename in the "Co Route" via LSK 2L...
