Star removed when filing plan

I admit, that this bug partly is my own fault, but perhaps it might be a good idea to correct it anyway.

  1. I'm not connected to the SIM
  2. I create the plan 
  3. Validate it 
  4. File it - get an error that I', not connected to the SIM
  5. Connect to the SIM 
  6. File 
  7. Now the final part of the plan (Star) is deleted by P2A.

The log contains some NullReferenceExceptions. Attached log eg:
