  1. Edit, it is version 2.4.0.4....
  2. Hi Dave I got this problem, that might be related to another issue (reported earlier), where you concluded that there was a drawing problem, but I have now seen that is has more serious consequences: Connect Departure EDDH Arrival EKCH Add WP GESKA Add WP MONAK SID RW15/LUB9D STAR RW22R/MONA1C/MONAK APPR RW22R/ILS-RW22R-I22R/Vectors to CI22R Validate File Now, the flight plan is deleted from NEKSO (the first WP in the STAR) including the arriving airport. Thus, there is no longer an arriving airport. Thus when I fly the plan I'm vectored straight ahead for eternity. If I disable ATC assign STAR/APPR, the last part of the plan is not deleted, but I would like P2A to do this assignment e.g. if the weather change. Version i 2.4.0.2_x64. I have tried another START/APPR to EKCH with the same result. ConfigFile: https://imgur.com/kPpcgki

    No STAR assigned

    Great - thanx. Michael

    No STAR assigned

I just did one observation. Creating the FP fra EDDH to EKCH - via. WP MONAK, it seem very strange when I select a STAR (eg. MONA1C to RW22R). It seem that the STARs are not connected to the airport - very different view from what I see in the FMC. Is there something wrong with the STARs to EDDH? Could this explain my (several) problems arriving at EKCH?
  5. I go from EDDH to EKCH. I do not file a STAR. "ATC Assign STARs" in enabled. When I reach TOD, I'm instructed to descent as expected to the final WP in the plan (where to expect the STAR to begin), but later on I'm not assigned a STAR. I don't know it it is related, but if I manually try to assign a STAR to EKCH it is possible, but "Recommended STAR" is "N/A". Filed Route: EDDH Direct LUB Direct GESKA Direct MONAK EKCH Version is 2.4.0.4. regards Michael
  6. I admit, that this bug partly is my own fault, but perhaps it might be a good idea to correct it anyway. I'm not connected to the SIM I create the plan Validate it File it - get an error that I', not connected to the SIM Connect to the SIM File Now the final part of the plan (Star) is deleted by P2A. The log contains some NullReferenceExceptions. Attached log eg: ucFltPln ValidateCurrentFltPlan Done GPS FlightPlan Changed Error in CreateFPRoute - 1h System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. at P2A_2018.modP2ADataGlobal.CreateFPRoute(List`1 Waypoints, Airport Apt, FPWptOwnerType OwnerType) Error in CreateFPRoute - 1c System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. at P2A_2018.modP2ADataGlobal.CreateFPRoute(List`1 Waypoints, Airport Apt, FPWptOwnerType OwnerType) Error in CreateFPRoute - 1h System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. at P2A_2018.modP2ADataGlobal.CreateFPRoute(List`1 Waypoints, Airport Apt, FPWptOwnerType OwnerType) Error in CreateFPRoute - 1c System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. at P2A_2018.modP2ADataGlobal.CreateFPRoute(List`1 Waypoints, Airport Apt, FPWptOwnerType OwnerType) FltPlan ActiveAPPR: ILS - RW22R - I22R - FltPlan ActiveAPPR: ILS - RW22R - I22R - GPS FlightPlan Changed regards Michael

    Download Previous Version?

I'm currently in trial phase on 2.4.0.3 x64. I find it very good when it works, but sometimes it becomes very unstable. Sometimes, even though it seems connected to the SIM, nothing happens. When I disconnect/reconnect to the SIM it works again. Two times I have experienced it looses the final part (STAR/APP) of the flight plan and then there is no way back. And some times it seems to be very slow. I use NOAA weather and have a fine Internet connection. I'm still in the evaluation phase, but can someone tell me, if this unstable experience is related to the x64-version? Do I just have to be patient? EDIT: Now I discovered 2.4.0.4 - I'll try this one the next couple of days

    Lost center communication

OK. I did it again and this time without any problem. I believe that that situation arise when the speech recognition fails. I have changed the microphone and upgraded to Windows 10 - together it has made a major difference.

    FF 767 / COM radios

Great. The FF 767 has a virtuel iPad where you (an addition to the menus) can control settings like no of passengers, fuel truck etc. In one of the pages there is a setting "f/o in control". This setting moves the control to the f/o - that is the right seat. Thus the Pilot2Atc gives control to the COM2 radio. Perhaps there is more to it, but it seem that disabling "f/o in control" moves the control to the left seat (the default view "w" also becomes the left seat) and default the radio to COM1 in Pilot2Atc. Then it works.
  11. I'm still in the trial phase, so it might be an user error. I fly the attached route from EKCH to EDDH. Departure is fine and while at Copenhagen center I'm directed to MIC. That's it. I'm not (as I would expect) handed over to Bremen Center and I receive no further instruction from ATC. I try to contact EHHD Tower and get referred to Bremen center who tells me to do the expected RNAV approach to EDDH. But I would expected to be told (by Copenhagen) to contact Bremen and I expected more guidance from ATC during START/Approach. Am I doing something wrong. . <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?> <SerializableFltPlan xmlns:xsd="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance"> FF 767 / COM radios

I'm currently testing Pilot2Atc. It looks very good, but I have som newbie issues - perhaps related to FF 767. I can't switch to COM1. COM2 works fine, but if I try to switch to COM1, it automatically returns to COM2. Also - if I change the altimeter - it changes back to the original content. If the change the altimeter in the a/c, it is reflected in Pilot2atc. I have tested with another aircraft without any issues. I have one other issues I'm struggling with - perhaps it is related. Somehow I ended up in the f/o seat of the plane. This has not been an issue for me - I haw just used other views. But could the fact, that the default view is the f/o view be related to the lack of COM1 setting?
  14. First - I'm have not even installed Pilot2Act. Secondly I'm quite new to X-plane. So give me a chance :-) I have spent many hours flying FF 767 using X-plane 11. Now time has come to meet a new challenge - the ATC. I spend a lot of time looking at different products (eg. 124thatcv2), but have have decided to go for Pilot2Atc - even though I expect the learning curve to be steep. One issue that confuses me is the need for syncronizing the flight plan i Pilot2Atc and the FMC. I some blogs people complains, that the FMC does not import SiD and Stars. I assume, that they require the detailed flight plan of the ATC and the FMD to be identical. Is that preferred? I though that the fun would be that the ATC could vector you from the runway to the transition point or vector you to the final approach. If the FMC has a 100% copy of the flight plan, isn't the result just that the ATC will tell you exactly what you have in the FMC - and don't you loose some fun this way?

    Using Navigraph to syncronize navdata

OK, just to clairy. I am using SID's and STARs. The reason why I ask if FSX should't be updated is "Radar Contact". As I understand it, Radar Contact has it one internal database, build from the information in FSX. Thus if I use a flight plan tool with updated information, should Radar Contact also be updated with updated information from FSX. I undestand that PFPX has a learning curve, but I accept this. PMDG 737 had a learning curve compared to the FSX 737, but now I would never dream about using the FSX version of 737 :-)
