Freq rounding problem?

"Contact Warsaw Ctr on 128.76" would round to 128.75 in the freq box and then ATC would direct a freq change to 128.76. Wash rinse repeat until clear of the controlling area. Ver2.4.0.4_x64 airac 1713 even though it should be 1801. (Airac is my issue not yours)

 Some aircraft will not accept 128.76 as a valid frequency.  These closer spaced frequencies (8.33kHz spacing)are common in Europe but not supported by some SIMs or some aircraft within the SIM. 

If you get this situation, go back to the previously assigned frequency and request a "frequency change to center" and you should get a different frequency.

I am going to add code to in the next update to avoid assigning these frequencies.
