Is it possible to choose another approch in VOX ATC?

Yes. Hit the number 0 after being assigned an approach and a menu will show up in the VOXATC window with all the possible approach options for that airport. It does work but be forewarned that the AI Traffic will still be using the normal STARs and approaches for a given runway.
