January 13, 20188 yr Author Thanks David, as experiences go this one was riveting! Unfortunately the images don't tell the whole story as there was considerable lightning activity of varying intensity and magnitude going on all around me, but was quite difficult to capture. Also, as I descended into the clouds the rain and buffeting contributed to the threat and those feelings of broodiness left me wondering about the wisdom of this particular life choice...LOL!
