If not using navigraph data can that file and/or folder be deleted?

I wouldn't.  Even though you might not be using it for the B350i, it may be in use somewhere else.  I took it out one time in my FSX days and it was painful. 

To be sure, I don't know that much about it and its mechanization.  But it sure gave me fits when I messed with it.
