January 27, 20188 yr Hello I am trying to lodge a support ticket for a problem with my PMDG B777. I have tried to log into the PMDG website to do this only to have it say not only does my log in not work, when I try to reset my password it is saying it does not recognise my email address, which is the one i have used to purchase all my products in the past. I have all my purchase emails sent to this very address. Can someone from PMDG please help me? I do not want to re register under any other email address and simply need some support for a fully licensed product. The support account is separate from the account you used to purchase the aircraft. That's why it's not recognizing your e-mail address. Just choose the option to create a new account and you should be ok. Walter Meier
