Can somewhere tell me where I can find some information on the panel manager? I am trying to start my saved default pmdg 737 with panels on my second screen but  the panels just do not show up as saved. I tried air manager but it does not work with the pmdg 737 for me. Are there any othere programs I can try where I can have the panels on another monitor?
