Need Help With Scenery Config Editor.

Featured Replies

After trying to install some scenery (X) into FSX/Acceleration I think I screwed up, and now have "198 Areas have Errors" warnings in the Scenery Config Editor. They start at 685 Scenery\AFRI all the way down to 882 Scenery\World.
I have deleted the scenery (X) but the errors are still showing in the Scenery Config Editor.
Any help will be appreciated.

Have your tried to click on Actions Tab and the Reset Areas/Layers?  If it is only 198 areas that have errors, it won't take too long to fix.  So, under the List Tab, in the Errors column, what is the error?  Path does not exist?  In those cases you will have to edit each and correct the path.  I would also disable each of the scenery that have errors.  A lot of times, FSX will save a backup copy of your scenery.cfg so you might want to look in that folder and save your current config and then open up a backup and start over.
