No TO/FLEX Takeoff?

Hi!

First of all congratulations on a very good release! I enjoy it very much already!

I am just curious that I can`t use FLEX Takeoff, that means derating th engines for takeoff..

When I select TO/FLEX it stands NO MODE in red below it, so how can I activate that mode so I can use FLEX takeoff?

Since I am using topcat to calculate takeoffspeeds and takeoff performance, so how should I do it to activate the TO/FLEX option..

Because normally all airlines derating the engines for takeoff to save them, and I do the same..
