February 21, 20188 yr Hi community, i´ve expierenced now two times, that the access door won´t close. After that i´m not able to engage GEN1 & GEN2. It happened both times at a stand were no push back is required. After reading the manual i triggered the internal push back to see if the "ramp agent" closes the door after the procedure, but no luck. Is there a way to close this door by myself ? Thank a lot, Daniel
February 21, 20188 yr same here. disconnecting the ext power won't close the door. neither using the included pushback function nor using GSX. ,
February 21, 20188 yr Commercial Member Have you tried to press on "disconnect all" after engine running and deselect the Intercom from your audio panel?! Michele Galmozzi
February 21, 20188 yr Author I disconnected the Intercom but did not see that there is a "disconnect all" option. Will try now and report back
February 21, 20188 yr Is closed after pushback. The only thing I am thinking, is that is open for the headset and once the pushback or start up is finished, as the headset is disconnected the ground staff closes it. Iñigo Bayo
