I can not pop the PA panel up

Just like in the NGX reboot. 

Whether the PA mic button or dial 46 PA for all, the PA panel do not open.

I have been clicked the RST button before dialed.

Now the only way to open PA panel is through the main & sec panel.

it's not convenient.

How can I fix.

Are you sure you're dialing 46 on the interphone.

Try pressing the RST button first on the interphone.

I always press the RST before dial anything.

when I press RST then dial 46,  the PA FOR ALL message appear on the screen but PA panel do not come .

then I open PA from MAIN & SEC panel, then press the RST  , the PA panel close itself.

So , i think i can not open it but I can close it  on interphone . 

Except 46(PA), the P1 for ground , 32 or 56 for FA works fine for me . The CAB MIC button also works fine .

Any suggest may be appreciated. Thanks a lot !

I know the problem, because I just checked :-)

The functionality only works in "Button Control" not "Voice Control".

Logic is that in Voice control you would speak the PAs, not use recorded ones.
