XAudio2_6.dll crash. I give up! ....nearly (fsx-se)

Featured Replies

What I have done so far (fsx-se)

1. followed Jims link to the a2a fix and installed activeX and installed drivers from Realtek.........didnt work

2. went to my mobo website and installed realtek drivers from their own audio link......didnt work

3 went to driver booster which listed audio drivers as out of date (even after I installed the above two) installed ....didnt work

I cant complete a single flight without a crash . I even installed several fsx back ups going back to a time when I didnt have Audio crashes but even that didnt work

Im out of options but thinking about buying a sound card thats not realtek, I wonder if that would work?
