May 27, 200620 yr Anyone flying the TU-144? My glide slope indicator on the pilot's panel doesn't work even though I have the Nav 1 radio set to the ILS frq. and the switch set to Nav and the AP will track it, but the glide slope indicators are 'frozen' and don't move even when I'm off line or doing a manual approach.Any ideas? Thanks
May 28, 200620 yr OK, the only settings I can think of that would prevent the ILS indicators from activating are the two small switches on the ILS frequency indicator on the bottom right of the main panel. These two switches are marked ILS and BKN and need to be in the UP position for the ILS needles to work.Let me know if this solves your problem.Cheers, John
May 28, 200620 yr Author Hi John; Thanks a million, that was the problem. I saw the top switch and had that one on, but the bottom switch I missed completly. Works great now.CheersJim
