March 7, 20188 yr Hi Oliver; First, let me start with profuse thanks for one of the most useful tools in my P3D toolbox. One idea for you...I think it would be very helpful to add the terrain.cfg file to the files backed up and restored by the Create Backup feature...it's in the same directory as the scenery.cfg file, and if it gets corrupted or deleted, it often takes a reinstall of the sim and all addon scenery to get things back in order. Since some addons modify this file (ORBX, Ultimate Terrain, photoscenery packages etc) providing a safety net to recover it might be a life-saver for some folks. March 7, 20188 yr Commercial Member Hello Bob, since version 1.28 (we currently have 1.31) P4AO backup and restore includes all configuration files of the sim. Please note that if you want to review the contents of the backup outside of P4AO, you can only access the resulting ZIP with a tool like 7Zip, because the paths in it contain the drive letter - Windows Explorer can't handle that (= a simple doubleclick shows you an empty file).
