Pan view from Tower

For spotting I would like to pan view from tower.

Kevin stated earlier :The official way of doing it right now (0.1.660) is to create a custom Static Camera at the Tower's location.

How can i make a  custom Static Camera at the Towers Location?

I am using P3d V4.2 and Chaseplane v04.194 Beta

You go in the Satic Camrra Mode, you move the camera to the tower and you save it.

Use the four arrows and Pge up Pge down till you get to the top of the tower.

You go in the Preferences in ChasePlane and you set some Control Assignments to move around
