In that case, you'd just manually set the FS2Crew Mode to "CLIMB". Then when you're ready to land, set the Mode to "BEFORE LANDING". That should give you access to everything you need. You can manually change the Mode (usually they change automatically) by pressing the little up/down arrow buttons by the Mode Display. Cheers, B.
