No Pause Between Chatter

I have set up my 'sound' to play from chatter the root folder as follows: C:\Pilot2ATC_2018_x64\Sounds

I have checked 'Pause Between File Playback' w/ the number 4.  Also, have checked 'play chatter'.

Getting plenty of great chatter, but would like to space it out as now it plays one after the other - in the manual it says 'When you have multiple files, you’ll want to check the “Pause Between File Playback” option and enter a number for the maximum seconds to pause.'  So I have assumed that 4 would give me 4 seconds between each audio file, but I see that the manual says 'maximum seconds' so maybe I'm not reading it correctly.

Any help would be appreciated.

You are correct.  It is the maximum.  So the pause is from 1 to 4 seconds in this case.  I would recommend making it at least 10 seconds so you get a more noticeable pause.
