Black lcd screens and no landing gear

Hello i installed p3d v4.2 and pmdg 747 v3 but when i load a flight i get nothing on the lcd screens and there is no landing gear can anyone help please.

also the screen where you registerthe product did not appear.

seems to be working now weird even though i didn't need to register it.

It's even more weird if the B744 is now working and you say you haven't registered it, because not registering it correctly can lead to the symptoms you describe.

yeh the register screen never came up but it is now working
