I purchased P2ATC in October 2016, and thought highly of the programme. When the 64 bit version came out, I downloaded and installed using, as I was advised to do, my existing registration. 2 days ago I downloaded the full version of the most recent update 2.5 and over wrote the old 2.4 vesion I had. When the program automatically started it asked me for the registration key, which I copied and pasted in. I got the message back that it is not allowed on 2 computers and it failed to start. I have never had it on another computer. I then went in to the 32 bit folder and started it, only to find that I got the same message. 72 hours ago, P2ATC 64bit was working fine for me. Now I can't start it as I can't activate it.

Not sure what is going on but would be grateful for advice as to what I need to do. Is this something that needs to be done at P2ATC end, do I need to send order details etc.
