Failure to install

Upon attempting to install, I’m getting a message that there is a previous version and will not complete the installation. I have deleted every fs crew download twice and attempted to reinstall and continue to get the same message

Is that the Visual 2015 End User runtime telling you that. I'm guessing it is.

If so, just click Cancel / OK on the Visual 2015 pop-up.  You can ignore it since you already have the VS2015 end user runtimes installed.

If not, send me a screen shot.
