I am using ngx reboot, when i reload a flight after a crash fs2crew goes back to the start and I loose all my progress

You can use the arrow buttons on the FS2Crew Main Panel to change the current FS2Crew mode (in other words, to skip to the desired stage of flight in FS2Crew.  This way you don't have to start from the beginning.)
