QW787 - Easier way to setup payload

Featured Replies

I use PFPX to generate my route, payload, fuel etc

For PMDG it's super easy to setup the same results that I get from PFPX, but on QW it's weird, I need to insert the balance to cargo areas and take care to balanced CG. Is there a way to make like PMDG? That I insert the payload amount and the fuel amount, the aircraft calculates itself the best way?

Thanks

I don't think you can. I believe you can only do it in the qw manager.  You could always try doing a manual load sheet.  Those in the business will understand im joking here.

Use the QW 787 dispatcher or you can set your loads in the EFB under Dispatch

I'm using the Dispatcher, but it's terrible, I can't insert the values

why its simple mate.  if you have a mouse with a middle mouse scroll wheel to scroll up and down the figures for the payloads.

what I do is i take off the fuel, hit save

then take off all the weight (payload in pax and bags cargo)

now scroll up the weights with the middle mouse button until you get the ZFW which is on your flightplan you have run from simbrief or pfpx.

then scroll up your fuel figure.

That should match the take off weight minus the taxi fuel which should be roughly 1 tonne.

so for example if your zfw weight is 166 tonnes and your fuel is  50 tonnes your tafe off weight should be

166 +

50 +

1 = 217 for take off weight.
