Starting my first flight this morning KLAS > KSFO

Selected ATC assigns SID/STAR/Approach

Actual winds at SFO are 280@4

PATC assigns runway 19

AS is running prior to auto generation so I'm assuming it's looking at the weather snapshot prior to generating the plan.

Is this normal?

You can check what weather P2A is using by pressing the Wx button to the right of the map.  Then press the Info button at the top of those buttons to see the assigned runways.

You can also go to the current_wx_snapshot.txt file in the folder designated by you for ASN weather and see what KSFO winds are in that file.  Remember that METAR winds are true so you have to apply magnetic variation to get what is displayed in the Wx box of P2A.
