Hi Dave-

I know I'm probably doing something wrong, but here goes.

If you look at the screenshot, you'll see that I'm at FL26 coming up on TOD. I check in with ATC and they report me at 3100ft as you can see in the SayIt text box.

When you are cleared for the STAR, your Assigned Altitude is set to the lowest altitude you will be descending to via the STAR, which in this case is 3100 feet.

The initial contact should be "Descending to <Assigned Altitude>" rather than "At <AssignedAltitude>"
