June 4, 20188 yr I have tried to download and existing order for a reinstall and when I click on download it will not start to download. Order number 211848. Any help would be appreciated. Order number 211848. When you click on the download link, be aware that there is another page with some information and a link at the bottom that says: "Click here to download..." Be sure to click that. That's caught me off guard a couple times. The other idea is to try a different browser, or make sure your anti-virus program, or some other security software, is not preventing the download. Kyle Rodgers
