June 11, 20187 yr @GSalden Apologies, I didn't mean to hijack the thread, just wanted to show what dawn looked like in my sim. @Mitch24 I suppose it's due to TomatoShade and HDR settings in sim. If you'd like, you can search for R&D v1.5 preset for TomatoShade and you should see similar results.

At night the ground is very dark in which I like but my aircraft is still very very light, in your screenshot the aircraft is very dark... Can you share your settings in P3D? Thank you

Thank you Hey Mitch24, you need to open up TomatoShade and load a profile into it (similar to PTA). I currently use RD Preset v1.7. In order to see the dark colors and accurate lighting on the aircraft, you'll also need to check the appropriate options in TomatoShade under the 'Advanced Reflections' category as well as install a reflection profile using 'DynamicReflectionMaker' which comes bundled with TomatoShade. PM me and we can carry this forward as I don't want the thread to divert from what GSalden intended it for.
