737 base package purchase issue

Hello...

I would like to purchase your 737-800 for P3Dv3 (I already own it for fsx-se).

I add it to my cart and I choose PayPal option to pay it. I log in to PayPal and I see the resume page of my payment but when I proceed nothing happens and it sends me to a blank page with the following description: "your cart is empty"

I tried it several times: same results.

I tried also by clicking on "checlout" option (bypassing PayPal) but... same thing: "your cart is empty".

Where am I wrong????

please note that PMDG requires that users include a signature block with the user's name, first and last, in all posts in the PMDG forum.
Failure to include a signature will result in removal of the post without comment.

We strongly encourage users to set up a signature block in their AVSim user account, then you never have to worry to remember in the future!

 

Make sure that your browser cache is cleared. If this does not help when you receive the cart empty message, close your browser, reopen it and reconnect to the your account in the store. YOu should see a pop up that you have left soemthing in your cart. If you continue from there you should be able to buy it.

Try a different browser, or try clearing your browser cache and/or temporary files (usually an option in your browser settings).

I used the same browser... I solved I don't know why but I think it was some server issue..... Now it worked perfectly!
