Pilot2ATC stops responding

Featured Replies

Hi.

Testing demo version of Pilot2ATC v2.5.0.4_x64_R3 with Navigraph AIRAC cycle 1806 together with X-Plane 11.20 and FF A320.

Trying to perform a short flight from LJLJ to LJMB.

I used auto plan option to program the route. The problem is tht Program2ATC stops responding shortly after takeof - in two times it stopped responding right after take off, just before before handover message. The third time it stopped right after the handover message.

Is there any beta version available to be able to evaluate the program?

Thank you.

That is the latest version of the program and it should work just fine.

If you email the log file I can have a look to see what might be going wrong.  Email to [email protected]

Log files are located in:

C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Roaming\P2A_200\Logs
where <UserName> is your PC user name. Portions of the path may be hidden by default, so be sure Windows Explorer has Show Hidden Items checked in the View tab.
A new one is created each time you start Pilot2ATC, so if you take the most recent one when you have the error, you should have the correct one.
Thanks,

Dave

Issue resolved.

Thank you Dave for your super fast support.

Today, when flying a test flight, I experienced many times when P2A stopped responding and ended up in showing the "loading/processing" icon. It was always in the flight plan area to the right of the map.  Seems it happened especially

- when validating my flight plan. Changing my cruise level to something else, and changing back, helped

- when changing the arrival/approach while flying (because ATC gave me a different one)

This was somewhat weird behaviour, but managed to fly without quitting P2A.
