I have just purchased version 2.5.0.4.  I cannot make any sense of the tutorial for flight planning as it is different.  Even the screen layout is different.  When I try to get as close as I can to the tutorial it sends me off into the Pacific.

The User's Guide section on Flight Plans (page 19-53) is more up to date and will give a better overview of how to enter the various types of flight plans.
