Anybody know why this is happening at night with tomato shade? The dynamic reflections are OFF..

Because if you don't want to use reflections, you need to untick them in the preset before applying the shader. You can't just turn off the setting in P3D.

I’m having this issue now, can you please elaborate how?

i have pressed restore in dynamic reflections.

still the same.

Just head into the settings in tomato shade.

and select preset.

before applying scroll down  to the advanced reflection settings and uncheck enable  reflection  mode I believe, and then save it.

Then apply the preset.
