Gauge loading Problem

Featured Replies

For some reason a problem has developed with my Cessna 421. The sim can't load GAUGESC421NJ3.GAU gauge. It is the GPS panel. That gauge is in the FS9 GAUGES folder. I have re-installed the airplane with no change in the problem.I presume it could be a FS9 cfg problem. I could let the sim rebuild the cfg but I would like to know if the problem could be ID'd from looking at the FS9 cfg entries so the fix could be specific. thanks

Daryll: I've a lot of time in my Flight1 '421. Great aircraft isn't it? It's been some time since I installed it, but it seems to me there were two updates to make it compatible with FS2004, one of which had to do with the GPS. If everything else is working ok, it sounds like that gauge file somehow got corrupted. Perhaps one of the updates on the Flight1 site would solve your problem? Good luck!

Yep, I had to do a complete re-install with key file. Run the up-dates and tex-o-matic files.
