MSFS Downloads and the world

Featured Replies

Every day I'm amazed by the worldwide nature of downloads for Flight Simulator available here at Avsim alone. It seems as though no place in the world goes untouched.Wouldn't it be cool if the worldwide cooperation of Flight Simulator figured into worldwide peace?Perhaps it could be the theme for next year's Avsim Conference - Worldwide Cooperation? :)Thomas[a href=http://www.flyingscool.com] http://www.flyingscool.com/images/Signature.jpg [/a]I like using VC's :-)

With attendees to this year's event coming from Venezuela, Argentina, Russia, Australia, and most of the countries of Europe, not to mention Pakistan, I am pretty sure that we could label this year's conference exactly as that.

Then again, in aviation and FS in general, borders and political issues have generally gone out the window. We only care about the flying, that's what brings us together, everything else doesn't matter when you're flying. That's the one good thing I don't see changing anytime soon.:-)That's the way it's always been and that's the way it should stay.
